TabTrade - The Short Version
TabTrade.com launched in March 2026. Trading platform registered in Saint Lucia, under Saint Lucia's FSRA. The guy behind it is Benjamin Boulter. Prior to TabTrade, he was a senior exec at BlackBull Markets, the well-known broker.
The BlackBull connection is relevant. It says the person running this is not figuring it out from scratch. That is not a guarantee. Still more reassuring than a random name you cannot trace.
TabTrade came out of the gate with Equinix LD4/LD5 connectivity. Same infrastructure institutional desks use. The typical new launch focuses on ads and sign-up promos. TabTrade went the other way. Not the typical playbook.
What you can trade: FX, indices, metals, commodities, equities, crypto, ETFs. Over 1,000 instruments. For something this new, the breadth is not narrow.
Platforms
You get: MT5, cTrader, and a WebTrader. Both platforms from a single account. Many commit to either MT5 or cTrader. Getting both is useful. Pick what suits your style.
MT5 is what most people know. Full charting, EAs, huge user base. If you have traded on a MetaQuotes platform before, you know exactly what you are getting.
cTrader is the alternative. Better DOM. More responsive charts. Native automated trading. Plenty of traders like it better than MT5 after using both.
FIX API is there for automated strategies but is only on the VIP account ($25,000 to open). TradingView charting is reportedly on the roadmap. That would round things out when it lands.
Costs
Three levels: Standard, Edge, VIP.
Standard. 1.0 pip spreads. Zero commission. Simple. $0 to start. Good for beginners.
Edge. Interbank-style spreads from 0.0 pips on average. Flat commission of $3.50 per side. Total cost: raw spread plus $7 per full lot. On liquid pairs, the actual interbank spread is often below 0.2 pips. So your all-in cost sometimes sits below 0.5 pips. That is hard to beat for an offshore broker. Most brokers that offer pricing like this require a minimum deposit. Tab Trade has no minimum.
VIP account. $25k to open. FIX API, faster fills, tailored rates. Not something the average person. Skip it unless you trade institutionally.
How Fast Are the Fills
The execution is where TabTrade actually does something different. Equinix LD4/LD5. Sub-30ms execution on Edge. Sub-20ms on VIP. That is institutional numbers. The average platform run hundreds of milliseconds.
Does it matter? If you trade small timeframes, it does. The gap between a 30ms fill and a 200ms fill is the difference between. If you swing trade, you probably will not feel it. The point is the infrastructure is there. That signals they are not cutting corners on the tech.
Pair that execution speed with the Edge account pricing and the overall offering is strong. Hardly anyone with no minimum deposit run Equinix connectivity.
Regulation
This is the detail you need to be straight about. The broker is regulated by the Financial Services Regulatory Authority of Saint Lucia. That is tier-3. No CySEC. No government-backed safety net. If that makes you uncomfortable, look elsewhere. Plenty of ASIC-licensed brokers out there.
But. Benjamin Boulter came from BlackBull Markets, a tier-1 regulated broker. The server placement costs real money. Fly-by-night platforms do not bother with tier-1 data centre access. That does not guarantee anything. But be part of your assessment.
What you are accepting: you give up tier-1 protection. For that: high leverage, cheap spreads, $0 to start, fast fills. Whether that works is your call.
Deposit Bonus
Tab Trade has bonus funds of up to two thousand dollars. Standard deposit match. You put money in, TabTrade top up your balance. The normal fine print: minimum lots traded before bonus funds can be taken out. Check the terms before you deposit.
